A confidential, non-judgemental practice where you can bring all parts of yourself - your grief, questions, your hopes. You don’t have to have the ‘right words’ or a clear goal. Just come as you are.
We can gently explore anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, life transitions, loss, uncertainty, relationship challenges, spiritual crisis or awakening or even the ache of disconnection.
My approach is warm, attuned and trauma-informed. You are not a problem to be solved, you are a person to be witnessed, honoured and supported.

These sessions weave together deep listening and inquiry, energetic guidance, seasonal wisdom of your inner and outer world, as well as space to explore your spiritual gifts, challenges and questions.
Mentoring isn’t about having the answers, it’s about co-creating a space where your truth can rise to the surface.
